Odor Control Vavle –  Model 2050-450

The 2050-450-i Odor Control Valve is designed to allow for ventilation and odor control at lift stations, wet wells, vaults containing ARV’s and forced mains flowing into gravity fed lines. The valve is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy coated for protection from the harsh outside environment.

Each valve contains (9) 50lb canisters of media to allow for odor scrubbing where concentrations of H2S gas and accompanying CFM are both very high. Two mist eliminator pads are incorporated into the unit in order to prevent moisture from entering into the media bed.

Our media is engineered in pellet form to allow for excellent airflow through the media bed. Pellets use a chemisorption process that change the molecules in the H2S gas into a non-toxic, odor free compound. It is non-toxic, landfill disposable, and UL rated. Wager’s media has a removal capacity of 47% by weight. It has an efficiency rating of 99.5 % in initial removal. A complementary lab analysis of the media is offered after a 12 month period to help determine the remaining life of the media. Feedback from our lab will greatly assist in determining the proper PM maintenance program for each vent site.

Wager’s 2051-200i Odor Control Valve is designed to allow for ventilation and odor control at lift stations, wet wells, vaults containing ARV’s and forced mains flowing into gravity fed lines. The valve is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy coated for protection from the harsh outside environment.

The 2050-200i contains (4) check valves that allow for fresh air intake directly in the lines or tank without any restrictions from the unit’s media bed. Optional caps may be provided if fresh air intake is not required.

The 2050-200i fits beautifully into residential as well as commercial locations. Each vent has louvered covers to allow for maximum air flow of deodorized air. Every vent is equipped with lockable latches to prevent tampering.

Wager’s 2050 odor control sewer valve is an elongated vertical design to accommodate a deodorizing feature that helps to suppress sewer gas odors. Perfect for residential or commercial locations where complaints regarding odor have become an issue.

The 2050 is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy coasted grass green so that it fits nicely into the surrounding environment. It has 4 louvered vents to allow for maximum air flow of deodorized air. H2S gas is directed thru a canister containing 50 lbs of odor controlling media. The media is an engineered product, designed to chemically absorb the H2S gas and change it to a non-toxic compound. Blue indicator life pellets turn white when the media is spent. A complimentary lab analysis of the media is available after a period of 8-12 months. Feedback from lab testing will greatly assist in determining the proper PM maintenance program for each vent site.

The 2050 has been successfully used on gravity lines, forced mains, and air release valves. It’s attractive appearance allows for installations in both residential and commercial sites. Every unit is equipped with tamper proof lockable latches.

Combined Odor Control Vent Valve – Model 1850

Wager’s 1850 is a combined odor control vent valve, with the additional feature of a ball check to prevent water from submerging the media bed, as well as prevent inflow of flood waters into the lines.

The 1850 connects to a candy cane style pipe. It is designed to allow for venting in the open position. The interior of the body contains a canister filled with 12 lbs of odor media. The media is in pellet form allowing for better airflow thru the media bed, and is highly effective in removing hydrogen sulfide gas ( H2S ) . Pellets are non-toxic, and landfill disposable. Blue life indicator pellets turn white when the media is spent. A complimentary lab analysis is offered after 1 year in service to determine the remaining life of the media. This is especially helpful in creating an effective preventative maintenance program for odor control.

The 1850 is cast in aluminum with an epoxy coated finish. It is available in both 4” or 6” flanged end connection. A polyethylene float and neoprene seat are incorporated into the check valve. It uses all stainless steel hardware and insect screens to prevent corrosion.

Odor Control Vent Valve – Model 1800

Wager‘s 1800 Odor Control Vent Valve connects to a candy cane style pipe, and is designed to allow for ventilation in the open position. The valve body may be easily disassembled with two quick release lockable metal latches. The interior of the body contains a canister filled with odor media. This media is in pellet form allowing for better airflow thru the media bed, and is highly effective in removing hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) found in wastewater treatment applications.

Pellets are non-toxic and landfill disposable. The media contains blue indicator pellets that turn white when the media is spent. A complementary lab analysis is also offered to determine the remaining life of the media. This is especially helpful in creating an effective preventative maintenance program for odor control.

The 1800 is cast in 356-T6 aluminum with an epoxy powder coated finish. It is available in both standard 4” or 6” (100mm or 150mm) with a option of a metric flanged end connection.  A vertically mounted 1800, with rainshield is also available to protect the media from water damage in any rain event.

Wager Odor Control Unit Model 3100-V

Wager’s 3100-V Odor Control Unit is designed for combination Vacuum Air Release Valves. The unit connects directly to an air release valve for odor control, with the added benefit of preventing corrosion in the manhole or vault from the H2S gas. Two air intake valves allow for up to 400 CFM of fresh air to intake directly into the lines without any restrictions from the media bed. This assures continued airflow during pumping sequences.

The 3100-V is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy coated for protection from harsh environments. A canister containing 30 pounds of odor controlling media is located in the interior of the unit. The media is an engineered in pellet form to allow for optimum air flow thru the media bed. It then uses a chemical absorptive process changing the H2S gas into a non-toxic compound before exiting in to the atmosphere. The media is UL rated, and landfill disposable.
